Doubting Thomas

When a black baby is born to white parents, a family's life is torn apart as secrets are revealed, their love is tested and the legacy of racism in America hits home.

“Doubting Thomas may just change how you think and will generate important conversations about race and identity.”

- Van Jones, CNN Host and Author

Writer/director/actor Will McFadden’s award-winning debut is a complex tale that reveals unconscious racism and assumed privilege in the innocence of a baby. The concept for the film was born from the true story of a black man killed in police custody during a racially charged incident. That man's son, Joseph Campbell, co-wrote the story with McFadden. Doubting Thomas is the winner of Audience Award at Dances With Films Festival, Best Screenplay and Best Actor at Golden Door International Film Festival, and Best First Feature at Tallgrass Film Festival. The film will be opening at Arena Cinelounge in Los Angeles starting October 11, 2019, and on your favorite digital platforms and video-on-demand October 15, 2019. Pre-order on iTunes now. Starring Will McFadden, Sarah Butler, Jamie Hector, Robert Belushi, Zach Cregger, with James Morrison and Melora Walters.
